The recorded release date matters

An operator hold applies to a credited reward until its saved release date. The balance view shows held and available amounts separately. A tariff or content update does not rewrite the release dates of older rewards.

What happens next

Once the hold ends under the product rules, an eligible balance becomes available. A withdrawal is a separate request with its own fee and processing status. Do not add these stages together as a guaranteed calendar date.
