How to withdraw your reward

You can request a payout from the withdrawable balance in your account. Held rewards are already included in the balance but become withdrawable later.

When rewards become available

The waiting period depends on the operator for each activation. It is shown as Up to … days before allocation. Your account shows the release date and amount after crediting.

Different rewards may become available on different dates. Only the withdrawable portion can be used for a payout request.

Submitting a request

Open your account and choose Request payout.
Select a supported cryptocurrency and network from the options in the form.
Enter an amount and a wallet address compatible with that network.
Check the details, submit the request and follow its status in your account.

After submission

The requested amount is deducted from your available balance while the request is reviewed. An administrator confirms or rejects it. Rejection returns the amount; you can see the reason supplied by the administrator.

SMSCash accounts for amounts in USD to a precision of $0.001. Cryptocurrency and network specify the transfer method. Ask support about fees, the final transfer amount and review timing before submitting a request.

If a payout is delayed

Check that the hold has ended and that you have actually submitted a payout request. Give support the request identifier and status. Never share your password, API key or wallet recovery phrase.
