SMSCashActivation cancellation and reserved funds
An earning offer pays a reward for a matching code. A paid offer reserves its price until the result is known. Cancellation and expiry without a code do not create a reward.
If no SMS arrives
An activation lasts 20 minutes. You can check its status in Activations. Where cancellation is available, it becomes possible after 2 minutes.
For a paid activation that is cancelled or expires without a code, the reserve is released. It becomes part of your available balance again.
If the code was received
A matching code is the successful result of an activation. The earning reward is credited or the reserved price of a paid offer is charged.
A later problem with registration in another service does not by itself turn a successful activation into one without a code. Describe the issue to support so the particular operation can be checked.
What to send support
Provide the activation identifier, service, country, time and the issue you see. Do not send your password, API key or complete SMS code.
