When your reward becomes withdrawable
A credited reward may appear in your balance before it can be withdrawn. This is a hold: the waiting period configured for the operator.
Why there is a waiting period
An earning reward is credited after a matching SMS code. The operator may set a waiting period before that amount can be withdrawn. It remains held until the period ends.
An offer shows this as Up to N days. Operators can have different periods, so rewards from different activations can be released on different dates. Use the schedule in your account.
Where to check the available amount
- Open your account and find the balance card.
- Check the withdrawable amount; holds can make it lower than the total balance.
- Read the release schedule to see which amounts become available and when.
- Once the hold ends, request a payout from the available amount.
Example with two rewards
Suppose two activations each earn $0.200. One operator has no hold and the other has an 8-day hold. The total balance rises by $0.400, but only $0.200 is immediately withdrawable. The rest becomes available after its hold ends.
This is an example calculation, not fixed pricing. Your actual amounts and dates depend on the allocated activations and are shown in your account.
If the date has passed
Refresh your account and check the transaction history. If you have already submitted a payout request, its amount has been deducted and should not still appear as withdrawable.
If the history does not explain the difference, give support the activation identifier, service and credit date. You do not need to send your password, API key or SMS code.
