First check whether the reward is absent from the balance or is present but not yet available to withdraw. These are different situations.
Check the offer and result
Confirm that you chose an earning offer. A service labelled Paid charges for a successful code instead of paying a reward.
Open the activation and check whether a matching code was received. An unrelated SMS or an activation that ended without a code does not earn a reward.
Check your balance history
Look for the credit in your account’s transaction history. An earning reward may be credited but held until the operator’s waiting period ends.
Check the release schedule and the withdrawable amount separately from the total balance.
If the result still does not match
Contact support with the activation identifier, service, country and time. Explain what the activation and balance history show. Do not share passwords, API keys or complete codes.
